The Clever Baby “Make a Wish and Win” Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by The Clever Baby®, operated by The Clever Baby, LLC, United States (“The Clever Baby”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Klaviyo, or Care Bears™.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on March 18, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends on April 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST ("Promotion Period").

The winner will be selected on or about April 8, 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, submit your email address through the official giveaway form on The Clever Baby website (www.thecleverbaby.com) during the Promotion Period.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from The Clever Baby. You may unsubscribe at any time.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Wish Bear™ Silicone Suction Plate, silicone fork and spoon, and silicone training spoon

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $33.97.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at The Clever Baby's discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected by The Clever Baby.

The Clever Baby's decisions are final and binding.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

The Clever Baby reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

The Clever Baby is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

10. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Clever Baby and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
